This Privacy Policy describes how AutoDims Pty Ltd ("AutoDims", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use SupaDocs, including our website, desktop app, and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the Service:

• Account details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Workspace content you upload or create, including drawings, spreadsheets, documents, project files, prompts, and related metadata.
• Team and organisation information, such as team names, membership, and roles, if you use team features.
• Billing-related information when you purchase a plan or credits, such as your account email and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Usage and device information, such as log data, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or app version, and diagnostic data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including account authentication, file storage, and collaboration.
• Run AI features that help you measure drawings, take off quantities, edit documents, and complete project work.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and related billing.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, product updates, and support.
• Monitor, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
• Comply with legal obligations.

SupaDocs uses artificial intelligence to provide agent and automation features. When you use these features, we may send relevant content — such as your prompts, selected files, drawings, and document excerpts — to third-party AI providers so the Service can generate a response or complete a task.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them in your work. We use AI solely to operate and improve the Service, not to sell your content.

We use trusted third parties to process data on our behalf so we can provide the Service.

We use Supabase as a third-party data processor. Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage infrastructure for SupaDocs. Personal information and user content you submit through the Service may be stored and processed by Supabase in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.

We may also use other processors for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, and AI model inference. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services for us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who process it for us, with team members you invite to a workspace, if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can access and update certain account information in the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. We may retain limited information where we are required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security and billing records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
