Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SupaDocs, including our website, desktop app, and related services (the "Service"), provided by AutoDims Pty Ltd ("AutoDims", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

SupaDocs is an AI-assisted workspace for construction files. It lets you view and edit documents, measure drawings, collaborate with a team, and use AI features to help with project work. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Misuse AI features, including attempting to extract model weights or using the Service to generate harmful content.
• Resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
• Share your account in a way that circumvents plan, seat, or credit limits.

You retain ownership of the files and other content you upload or create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to run AI features you request.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use Your Content with the Service and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Some parts of the Service use artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your project. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated measurements, takeoffs, documents, or other results before relying on them. The Service is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional engineering, quantity surveying, or legal judgement.

Core file viewing and editing features may be available at no charge. Paid plans and AI credits are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your account.

AutoDims and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoDims is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Australia will have jurisdiction, without affecting any non-excludable consumer rights that apply to you.
